Arlington Bob Mann Medical Clinic

For three years, I served as an intern at a free medical clinic, working directly with underserved patients to help remove language and access barriers to care. I translated medical appointments in both English and Spanish, performed patient triage, and collected vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, and blood sugar levels. I also supported clinic operations by scheduling appointments, faxing prescriptions, and distributing medications. This hands-on experience solidified my commitment to health equity and my passion for providing compassionate, accessible care to diverse communities.
